30-Day Returns

At AFFERMIE, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Tags still attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase included

Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at affermie@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and the item you would like to return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the item

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where appropriate.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved. In some cases, we may also offer store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
