30-Day Return Policy:

At AFFERMIE, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you ample time to assess your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, contact us through our Request Return page or email us at affermie@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, AFFERMIE will provide a return postage along with detailed instructions on how to submit returns.

Return Process:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

Important Note:

Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover any defects or damages, or if you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Sale Items and Gift Cards:

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards. However, if you have concerns regarding size, color, or any damage upon receiving a sale item, please contact us immediately. Feel free to get in touch with us, providing pictures of the items upon arrival if you notice any issues. We'll promptly address your concerns and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient method is to initiate a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the desired item. As an alternative, we also offer the option of providing a merchant credit for your next order, offering added convenience for your future shopping experience.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Delayed Refunds:

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, and you have not received your refund, please contact us at affermie@gmail.com.
