Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy:

At AFFERMIE, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you ample time to assess your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, contact us through our Request Return page or email us at affermie@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, AFFERMIE will provide a return postage along with detailed instructions on how to submit returns.

Return Process:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on where and how to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient method is to initiate a return for the original item. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
