Our Story

I know what it feels like to stand at the edge of the water and hesitate — not because you don't want to swim, but because you can't find a swimsuit that lets you be fully, unapologetically yourself.

That feeling is what started AFFERMIE.

Like so many women, I spent years searching for swimwear that honored my values without sacrificing style. I wanted something beautiful — something that made me feel confident and elegant, not like I was settling. I couldn't find it. So I decided to create it.
